Acai Breakfast Bowl


This wonderfully styled acai bowl is not just a grand treat to our taste buds. It is filled with delightful nutrients that can keep us in good shape and boost our health. Acai berries are rich source of antioxidants and filled with heart-healthy fats and fiber that can keep us full for hours.

Enjoying a bright-purple bowl embellished with fruit and sprinkled with nut butter looks so fanciful and pleasurable! Feel free to add honey or maple syrup to add a sweet taste. Topping this bowl with Hazelnut-Ginger Granola looks perfect.


1 (14-ounce) package frozen, unsweetened acai
¼ cup frozen blueberries
1½ tablespoons Almond Butter, divided
¾ cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 medium banana, divided
⅛ cup granola of choice
1. On a hot water, put the frozen acai package. Do this for 5 seconds then use your hands to crush the frozen acai puree into large chunks. Break while still in the packaging.
2. Prepare your blender or your small food processor. Place the acai and join the 1 tablespoon of the almond butter, the coconut milk, half of the banana and frozen blueberries. Mix them and blend until smooth.
3.Cut the remaining half of the banana thinly.
4. Transfer the blended mixture into a bowl and place the banana slices, granola and the remaining ½ tablespoon of nut butter as toppings.
5. Serve it cold.
