Almond/Walnut-Coconut Granola

3 cups old-fashioned oats
½ cup sliced almonds
½ cup chopped walnuts
1 cup coconut
½ cup sunflower seeds
½ teaspoon salt
¼ cup unsalted butter
6 tablespoons honey
1 cup chopped tropical blend dried fruit

  1. Foreheat your oven up to 325 F.

  2. Mix up the sunflower seeds, nuts, salt, coconut and oats.

  3. In low heat, melt the butter and honey in a small saucepan. Mix continuously.

  4. Spill up the butter mixture onto the oat mixture. Mix them up together until the mixtures are blended well.

  5. Spray a large jelly-roll pan with Pam and cover it up with granola.

  6. Place it in the middle of the oven and bake for about 20 minutes. Stir halfway through – relatively.

  7. Cool granola and mix up the dried fruit.

  8. Store in a sealed container at cool room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
