Healthy Spiced Nuts Recipe

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon curry powder I use hot
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4  teaspoon rounded cayenne pepper or more/less to taste
1/4  teaspoon turmeric
1/4  teaspoon ground ginger
1/4  teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons olive coconut, or peanut oil
2 cups raw nuts like pecans walnuts, almonds & cashews




  1. Shell out your nuts in the nutcracker machine if needed.
  2. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  3. Put a parchment paper on a small cookie sheet.
  4. Mix all the spices using a medium bowl that can fit the nuts as well. Put the oil and blend.
  5. Place the nuts into the bowl. Mix until the nuts are coated well.
  6. Spread the nuts on the pan in one layer.
  7. For 12 minutes at least, bake the nuts in the oven. Stir the nuts halfway. Take out the nuts from the oven. Stir them once again and let it sit for an hour to cool.
